Job Opportunity: Regional Product Application Specialist for Medium Tractor Products in Asia Pacific

Are you passionate about working with cutting-edge products and teams that make a real impact? As a Regional Product Application Specialist for our Medium Tractor products in Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for providing technical and market support to our customers.

In this role, you will: Provide ongoing technical support to districts and dealers supporting the customers' need for detailed technical/performance/application data give rise to dealer requests for assistance and with a customer-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train district and dealer Sales Representatives on product and application matters (product, services, applications value selling and relevant systems or software).
  • Prepare introduction plans for new products (NPI) and monitor progress on all elements of NPI and initiate corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain regional training activities in support of new product launches for your regions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer focus - Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Effective communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Relationship Management - Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Working Conditions
This role requires up to 50% travel within AP region and working onsite five days a week. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a variable bonus, paid annual leave, flexi-leave, medical insurance, and many other benefits.
