Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to oversee food safety, quality assurance, and compliance in our operations. This role ensures that all products meet regulatory standards and certification requirements while supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in Malay language and bilingual in both English and Malay language.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year's experience in QA or compliance in food manufacturing, preferably in a similar role. A diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and certification requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, including traceability logs, cleaning schedules, and staff training.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor food safety and quality control procedures (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
- Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Malay language and bilingual in both English and Malay language.
- Prior experience in food quality assurance or compliance is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in QA or compliance in food manufacturing.
