Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage front counter operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless clinic operations
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and perform data entry tasks as needed
