We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Sector Landscape Review Programme Office. This role plays a key part in shaping the community care sector landscape, developing practical resources, and strengthening capabilities across the community care sector.
The job scope includes:
- Working closely with divisions to develop and refine the Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) implementation plan for effective execution at the national and local level.
- Monitoring and reviewing the overall progress of the ICCP ground implementation, including grant administration, review and analysis of reports to identify trends and provide progress updates to sector partners and senior management.
- Driving key developmental workstreams such as care journey/senior experience, sector capability building, IT systems development, sector engagement and partnerships in relation to the implementation of ICCP.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with MOH, internal divisions and sector partners.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement sessions and secretariat duties for key meeting platforms.
- A recognised degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or community care sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective interpersonal, stakeholder management and written communication abilities.
- Able to work well independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments; capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates flexibility in navigating evolving situations.
- Good working knowledge of project and programme management, including data reporting and analysis.
