BIM Manager Job Description

As a BIM manager, you will be responsible for the overall creation of BIM models and ensuring that they are accurate and organized. This includes generating schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in architectural, civil & structural, electrical & mechanical engineering and will be well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP, Navisworks, Enscape and 4D Synchro Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall creation of BIM models
  • Accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models
  • Generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architectural/Civil & Structural/Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP, Navisworks, Enscape and 4D Synchro Pro
  • At least 5 years experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project
