Job Title: Integrated Management Systems Manager

This role is a critical part of our organization, responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management Systems.

  1. Maintain and improve integrated management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Plan and lead internal audits, as well as coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
  3. Cascade company objectives into departmental targets, facilitating periodic management review meetings and reporting progress, nonconformities, and improvement actions.
  4. Organize quarterly quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) committee meetings to ensure all relevant information is shared with senior management.
  5. Maintain business sustainability certification, plan, and lead external audits for renewal.
  6. Develop and deliver QHSE induction and refresher programs for staff and site personnel, maintaining training matrices and competency records.
  7. Share instructions, news, and materials from headquarters, as well as updates and information shared by local authorities, in a timely manner to ensure employees are aware of the latest information.
  8. Lead risk assessments for project sites and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
  9. Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or potential risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  10. Maintain safety records and documentation according to legal and contractual requirements.
  11. Support senior management in mapping group companies' required ISO certifications, renewal cycles, and audit status, escalating gaps and providing necessary support.
  12. Review local QHSE organizations, risk controls, and leading/lagging indicators, conducting remote/onsite assessments and coaching smaller entities lacking in-house expertise.
  13. Support senior management in rolling out corporate QHSE standards, campaigns, and training, harmonizing procedures and forms, supporting incident investigations, and sharing lessons learned and QHSE information across the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Quality/Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing QHSE in industries such as power plants, industrial plants, or oil and gas.
  • Experience handling ISO external audits regionally.
  • Experience maintaining business sustainability certification and handling external audits for renewal.
  • Exposure to sustainability reporting and corporate initiatives.
  • Experience working in engineering, particularly in power plants and industrial plants equipment.
