Job Title: Customer Service Representative
At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to changing situations. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in-person interactions;
- Process orders accurately and efficiently;
- Assist with customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Packaging and dispatch of stock to customers;
- Daily stock count to ensure accurate inventory levels;
- Receiving and arranging stock in the warehouse;
- Providing after-sales support (repair) when necessary;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or sales administration;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Proficient in MS Office skills;
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team;
- AWS knowledge preferred.
