Job Title: Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Support Associate in our Department of Child Development. This position plays a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support.

The primary responsibilities of this role include registering and billing patients, scheduling appointments, and attending to patients' enquiries.

We require the successful candidate to possess:

  • GCE N /O /A /NITEC /ITE (Office Skills)
  • Prior knowledge of Outpatient Appointment (OAS) preferred
  • Service-oriented with pleasant disposition and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess basic computer literacy skills - MS and Excel
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player
  • Alert and meticulous
