Therapy Support Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Therapy Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Preparation: Prepare therapy rooms, equipment, and materials for assessments or therapy sessions.
  • Assist Therapists: Assist licensed therapists in carrying out exercises and activities as prescribed.
  • Group Therapy: Conduct group therapy sessions under the guidance of therapists or associates.
  • Assessment and Treatment: Assist therapists during client assessments and treatment plans.
  • Communication: Communicate information about therapy sessions to therapists and associates.
  • Specialized Programs: Support specialty therapy areas and specialized clinical programs as instructed by therapists.
  • Maintenance: Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety of therapy areas.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve client care standards.
