Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&E Executive to join our team at Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational readiness, safety, and efficiency of our building M&E services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses for all operating systems;
  • Carry out routine checks on all common M&E services to guarantee operations timing adhere to approved schedules and conditions remain within acceptable levels;
  • Coordinate, supervise, and certify maintenance activities to ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards;
  • Verify compliance with JLL OMS procedures and checklists;
  • Regularly inspect maintenance stock inventory and ensure timely replenishment;
  • Manage PTW processes;
  • Conduct system audits and site inspections;
  • Follow up on defects, recommending solutions and obtaining quotations;
  • Ensure timely verification and payment of term contracts and ad-hoc invoices, including verifying work completed;
Requirements
  • Familiarity with commercial operation management software;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software.
