Cross Asset Distribution Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cross Asset Distribution Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of listed products to retail investors in Hong Kong and Singapore. Your primary objective will be to support product issuance, marketing, and data analysis using IT tools, working closely with sales and traders on the trading floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and distribution of listed products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Support the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, and experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as VBA, JavaScript, and Python would be an advantage.
A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, combined with excellent time management and organizational skills, is also required. Fluency in English and Chinese is necessary, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
