- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline faculty-related operations.
- Organise professional learning communities and engagement sessions to enhance faculty understanding of NTU policies and guidelines.
- Support the operationalisation of faculty development and talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director and team to design and administer faculty surveys aimed at improving engagement.
