  • Oversee administrative and evaluative processes for faculty appointments, promotions & tenure, contract renewals, lecturer promotions, and emplacements.
  • Provide guidance and prompt responses to faculty and administrators on faculty-related matters.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline faculty-related operations.
Faculty Engagement and Development
  • Organise professional learning communities and engagement sessions to enhance faculty understanding of NTU policies and guidelines.
  • Support the operationalisation of faculty development and talent attraction initiatives.
