Job Description

The Assistant Manager, IPGC Operations will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for students enrolled in NTU PaCE's interdisciplinary graduate programmes. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programme, including planning and executing orientation activities, coordinating with programme directors, and facilitating faculty scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Manage the overall delivery of the programme, including planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities.
  • Faculty Support: Provide support to programme directors and faculty members, including coordination of curriculum reviews and updates, and management of graduation timelines.
  • Student Support: Provide academic advising to students, perform 100% accurate course registration, and facilitate student engagement and participation in programme activities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or education programme management.
  • Skills: Strong ability to acquire and apply knowledge of the University's academic policies and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving and collaborative skills, ability to exercise judgment and work under pressure.
