Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-focused service in the food and beverage department. This role involves interacting with guests to promote hotel products and services, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items available to room service and poolside.
  • Have a good understanding of wine and wine pairings to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests' rooms.
  • Coordinate guest orders in advance to avoid partial deliveries.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, storage areas, and public spaces to high standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures.
