Job Title: HR Executive

At Recruit Express Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with government legislation, and driving efficiency in our HR department's internal workflow and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and generating monthly HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and retention, as well as manpower budgeting and costing.
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs for management review.
  • Managing and administering employee performance reviews and processes.
  • Managing and facilitating the annual manpower planning, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting process.
  • Providing HR Information Systems (HRIS) support through partnership with IT, HRIS vendor, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Administering annual increment, promotion increments, Annual Wage Supplement, and bonus payouts.
  • Partnering closely with HRBPs on compensation and benefits strategy and execution.
  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
  • Min. 2-3 years working experience.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) will be an added advantage.
