Guest Experience Management Specialist

At Mandai Wildlife Group, we are driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks.
The Group is integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
We are seeking a team player and self-leader with a heart to empower others to serve as our Guest Experience Management Specialist.
The incumbent will contribute to the organisation's growth and evolution in service delivery and creating exceptional guest experiences by enhancing guest experience through organising campaigns, talks, training, and recognition events.
- Support the design and development of innovation, design thinking, and service excellence training workshops;
- Work closely with teams across Mandai to encourage participation and coordinate resources and information for events;
- Evaluate workshop feedback data and recommend improvements to workshop design and delivery;
- Monitor training participation and prepare reports to track progress;
Key requirements include strong organisational and coordination skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external vendors, and experience in training administration, event planning, or procurement processes.
