Academic Guidance Specialist

As an Academic Guidance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping students and parents navigate the complex education system in Singapore. Your expertise and personalized guidance will empower them to make informed decisions about their academic pathways.

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Forge strong partnerships with schools, tuition centers, corporates, and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Guide clients through suitable education pathways within Singapore, including MOE schools, international schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, ITE, and universities.
  • Assist and advise on school applications, entrance test preparation, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide information on tuition fees, scholarships, and support students with international university applications (UCAS, Common App, etc.).
  • Assist and liaise with institutions and embassies on student visa applications and supporting documents.
  • Conduct consultations with students and families to address their concerns and tailor-made solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore education system, including MOE curriculum, IP, IB, IGCSE.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and application processes.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage and organize documents and projects.
