As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are managed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities;
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports covering costs, reconciliations, and accruals;
  • Lead procurement processes, evaluate tender submissions, and recommend preferred contractors to management;
  • Review contracts and negotiate terms with both clients and subcontractors;
  • Manage and issue notices related to contractual time bars;
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Group's Contract Management framework and procedures;
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner when handling clients on matters such as insurance, EOT, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.

Requirements:
  • You should have skilled experience in contract management and quantity surveying;
  • You should be able to represent the company professionally to clients on all contractual matters;
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You should be highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • You should be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • You should be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
