**Contract Specialist**
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating standard and custom contracts,
- Prepare progress claims to client
- Monitor, review and check subcontractor claims and invoice
- Review Subcontract agreements, commercial negotiations,
- Ensure back to back from main contract
- Assist in dispute, draft letters and propose solutions for open Claims
- Pre-Tender, Post-Tender and Award/ Contract Review
- Support Business Development team in matters relating to the review, interpretation and advice for commercial terms & conditions of Tender, LOA/Contract Document
- Post-Contract Administration
- Claims Administration for Payment Claims, Certifications, retentions and Final Accounts
- Established and adhered to project time frames, milestones and deadlines, to manage priorities in multitasking scenarios
- Managed project tracking & project costs in line with design concept & specifications

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferred 3 onwards years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in Oil & Gas industry or equivalent
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Schedule:
