Corporate Training Specialist

We are seeking a driven professional to partner with top companies and organizations in developing their workforce through professional development and executive learning.

This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with leading business leaders, HR professionals, and corporate stakeholders to identify and address their workforce needs.

As a Corporate Training Specialist, your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing and expanding partnerships with key clients;
  • Consulting and advising senior executives on strategic solutions for workforce development;
  • Representing the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences; and
  • Cross-functionally working with program and marketing teams to deliver exceptional learning experiences for clients.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma holder;
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (education or training preferred);
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers;
  • A passion for education and workforce development;
  • A self-driven and proactive approach with strong business acumen.
