
IT Service Desk Professional

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for end users with technical issues and service requests. Your role is to provide timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to end-users with technical issues and service requests.
- Help users resolve problems related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log all incoming inquiries, track their progress, and ensure resolution using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Provide first-level support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Accurately assess and resolve problems.
- Regularly update follow-up actions and incident status.
- Evaluate incidents to determine if they require escalation to second or third level support.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus.
