Our client is a B2B exhibitions and media business with various portfolios and global shows. They are expanding their Singapore team and seeking someone to work on a launch in Asia.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow something from scratch, backed by a stable and reputable business. Key responsibilities include driving sales, managing key industry relationships, and collaborating with the global team to meet and exceed event goals.

Job Description:

Lead the sales team and external agents to meet and exceed targets. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales campaign strategy covering exhibitors, sponsorship, and revenue generation.

  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, manage prospect outreach, meetings, and follow-up to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Oversee the re-booking process and ensure continuous database updates in alignment with the company's salesforce system.

Maintain high-quality communication with prospects, exhibitors, and partners to ensure message clarity and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within exhibitions and trade shows, with a strong background in sales leadership, brand strategy, and financial oversight.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale events, aviation, transport, and infrastructure experience is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from industry leaders to governmental bodies.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss statements.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
