Hygiene OfficerAbout the Role:

The role of Hygiene Officer plays a crucial part in providing our guests with a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment during their stay at the resort.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the resort.

The successful candidate will be expected to oversee and enforce the resort's hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Maintaining Hygiene Standards: Ensure adherence to regulated standards for food safety and governance.
  • Food Safety and Regulation: Oversee and implement food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a clean environment for guests.
  • Monitoring Cleanliness: Conduct regular inspections of all areas within the resort to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to housekeeping and food & beverage staff on proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the resort complies with local health regulations and industry best practices.
  • Waste Management: Supervise waste disposal procedures and ensure proper waste segregation, collection, and storage according to environmental and health standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in a hygiene or housekeeping role, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
