Job Role: Cleanliness and Hospitality Ambassador

Overview: We are seeking a professional Cleanliness and Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation of assigned service apartments, providing a positive impression of the establishment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned apartments, change bed linen, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors, and replenish guest supplies according to procedures.
  • Wash bathrooms, wash glasses, replenish towels, bathroom amenities, and empty rubbish bins.
  • Clean living rooms, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors, and replenish guest supplies.
  • Clean kitchens, appliances, equipment, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Clean internal windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Ensure Housekeeping cleaning machines and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Report loss or damage to Guest Room Team Leaders for linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Update apartment statuses using mobile devices or apps.
  • Set up rollaway beds and baby-cots, deliver electrical plugs or special requests by guests.
  • Report repairs and damages in need of maintenance to Guest Room Team Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain cleanliness of assigned apartments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with updating apartment statuses using mobile devices or apps.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
