About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all incoming customer inquiries, consolidating necessary information, and publishing monthly quotations to customers.

  • Handle all incoming customer enquiries, consolidate required information, and forward it to the Sales Team for quotation preparation.
  • Publish monthly quotations to customers once ACM has updated their quotations.
  • Attend to customer enquiries regarding stock availability, Lot numbers, expiry dates, and anticipated lead times before processing official POs.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Planners/Purchasers) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process and confirm all customer POs received into the JDE system.
  • Conduct yearly customer satisfaction surveys to meet IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customer special requests.
  • Consolidate necessary information when complaints are received and forward it to the QA and CTS teams for investigation.
  • Share anticipated demand surges with the Operations team to facilitate inventory management.
