Job Description

The Senior Technical Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, serving as a bridge between product, engineering, and business.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.

You will be responsible for defining and reviewing technical service level agreements and incident response plans, championing best practices in architecture, scalability, observability, security, and maintainability.

A key aspect of this role is partnering with Engineering Managers to shape and execute technical health roadmaps, including tech debt remediation and infrastructure modernization.

You will review solutions, lead technical discovery for complex projects, and mentor engineers across the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 10+ years of experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade systems, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Engineering Manager role.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in scalable and self-healing software application design, API design, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern architectures and frameworks, especially microservices, event-driven, serverless, Node, TypeScript, NestJS, lambdas, cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge in database management and performance tuning, particularly AWS Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
