Designing and developing scalable solutions is the core of our business.

About the Job:

As a specialist in IT solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field with 5-9 years of experience in application/platform development and support. Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions
  • Providing day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms
  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and define solution approaches
  • Monitoring and maintaining integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance
  • Maintaining and improving workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems
  • Maintaining and monitoring Knowledge Management platforms, ensuring system stability and supporting user access issues
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Engaging in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments
  • Supporting change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts

Preferred Certifications:

Candidates with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering high-quality solutions are preferred.
