This is a senior technical leadership position that bridges product, engineering, and business.

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right technical decisions are made and executed effectively.
  • You will be responsible for designing scalable, sustainable solutions that align with our architectural standards and long-term goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade systems with 3+ years in Solution Architect or Engineering Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge in software application design, API design, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern architectures and frameworks especially micro services, event driven, serverless, node, typescript, nestjs, lambdas, cloud technologies, etc.
  • Experience with database management and performance tuning, particularly AWS Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Drive engineering initiatives within your assigned product domain while coordinating with other teams to ensure alignment.
  • Define and review technical SLAs and incident response plans that are actionable and tailored to service ownership.
  • Champion best practices in architecture, scalability, observability, security, and maintainability.
  • Partner with EMs to shape and execute technical health roadmaps, including tech debt remediation and infrastructure modernization.
  • Review solutions, lead technical discovery for complex projects, and mentor engineers across the team.
