Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of engineering services. Your main focus will be on ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also providing technical guidance and support to your team members.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of engineering services.

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in engineering, preferably with a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with facilities system operations and MEP installations.
