Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing and controlling the full-cycle project schedule, covering design, procurement, construction, and validation stages in a pharmaceutical engineering project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Level 4.
  • C coordinate inputs from various teams including design, procurement, construction, and validation.
  • Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Monitor critical paths and buffer time for weekly updates of site progress.
  • Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery planning.
  • Manage milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules.
  • Provide scheduling input during project meetings.
  • Support preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims.

Risk Management:

  • Participate in project risk reviews, integrating schedule-related risks into the risk register.
  • Work with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing.

Validation Interface:

  • Coordinate with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in scheduling; 3+ years in pharma projects preferred.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6; skilled in MS Project and Excel analytics.
  • Familiar with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and site safety requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to converse with Chinese stakeholders.
