Project Management Role in Pharmaceutical Construction

The Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in delivering the civil, structural, and architectural scope of work within a pharmaceutical construction project. The successful candidate will oversee all contractors to ensure quality control across cleanroom finishes, structural works, architectural detailing, and external works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality control across all aspects of the project.
  • Maintain accurate site records in accordance with client requirements, building codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical instructions, and specification development to meet time and cost objectives.
  • Manage tender and contract documentation, ensuring thorough review and compliance with pharmaceutical construction standards.
  • Ensure construction activities align with safety regulations and best industry practices.
  • Inspect works regularly, identify defects, and oversee timely rectification and closure.
  • Submit regular reports on progress and corrective actions to senior stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Coordinate specialist design support services, including cleanroom envelope design and structural integration.
  • Oversee full project delivery cycle including design coordination and performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
