Job Title: Chief Construction Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

The Role of a Chief Construction Financial Analyst involves overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring timely completion.

This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Taking off quantities accurately and efficiently
  • Source quotations for relevant trade works, including price comparisons and cost analysis
  • Raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification
  • Handle tender correspondences and addenda to update changes in tender documents
  • Assist in compiling tender submissions, including qualifications
  • Perform other QS duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 1-3 years' working experience related to main building tenders. Knowledge of digital software such as Cost X/Glodon is also essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction
