Senior Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced finance specialist to take on a key role within our Singapore operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on complex transactions, including fund finance, corporate finance and asset finance.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local and international laws.
  • Conduct thorough research to support client needs and address unique challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Requirements:

  • A strong academic background in law or finance with relevant professional qualifications.
  • A qualified lawyer from Singapore or another commonwealth jurisdiction with minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Proven experience in handling finance transactions within professional services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks effectively.
