We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our library team as a Senior Library Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection of information resources, including databases and ebook collections. This will involve performing and supervising the end-to-end information resource purchase workflow, from purchase requisition to payment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the library collection and ensure that it meets the needs of NTU's teaching, learning, and research community.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of resources.
  • Provide peer training and sharing to increase team knowledge and service impact.
  • Respond to resources-related enquiries received via CEMS to assist users with required information or resolve access issues.
