
Sales and Reservation Executive

The role of a Sales and Reservation Executive is to manage hotel reservations effectively, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This involves coordinating with bookers and hotels/sales teams to deliver seamless pre-arrival experiences for guests. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on all promotions and hotel details, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with bookers, hotels, and sales teams to ensure smooth pre-arrival processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all promotions and hotel information.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Support management as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of property management systems an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, email systems, and reservations software (advantageous).
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Strong communication and administrative abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays (with lieu days when working on public holidays).
