Research Assistant Position

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Assistant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of the Global Centre for Asian Women's Health and various project stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules to ensure projects run optimally, incident-free, and without significant delays
  • Plan coordination strategies to manage project requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and meeting organization
  • Assist with travel arrangements, claims assistance, and other tasks as needed
  • Develop own research interest embedded in the Global Center for Asian Women's Health and conduct relevant study analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree preferably with knowledge/experience in public health, medicine, and/or biology
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Investigative nature, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and perform independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Tact, discretion, and diplomacy to work with diverse groups
