Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative and operational functions of the Centre, working closely with the Centre Director and track in-charges to optimize shared resources and processes.
  • BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, global partners, and collaborators to drive collective success.
  • Support the development of educational offerings and research initiatives, including logistics and cost estimation.
  • Manage medical research projects and initiatives, optimizing shared resources, budgets, and operational processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with funding agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a managerial role overseeing interdependent units or operations.
  • Prior experience in medical research projects, medical education, or financial and fundraising activities is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds and languages.
