Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive collaboration with key stakeholders, including government agencies and intergovernmental organizations in Singapore and the region.

This role is central to cultivating strong relationships, advancing policy influence, and unlocking new opportunities for impact through end-to-end partnership stewardship.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a key stakeholder and public sector engagement strategy aligned with our priorities.
  • Build and manage high-impact relationships with identified stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison for prioritized partnerships, representing us in meetings, forums, and working groups.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with identified stakeholders on projects, campaigns, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Lead the development of proposals to relevant stakeholders.
  • Steward existing partnerships to ensure delivery, compliance, and long-term impact.
  • Engage proactively with communications channels to secure impactful coverage and profiling opportunities for our work.
  • Produce compelling, accurate content aligned with our brand and key messages.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in government relations, public affairs, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong fundraising experience in the public sector, trusted network across Singapore's public sector landscape, and familiarity with relevant policy frameworks.
