Are you a strategic professional looking to expand your role in partnerships and sponsorships? We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Specialist to drive impactful sponsored events, strengthen partner relationships, and support new sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Event-Based Partnership Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of key sponsored events, including conferences, tech fairs, and roundtables.
  • Curation of Content and Speakers: Curate content and speakers for all sponsor entitlements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner Relationships: Manage ongoing sponsor relationships, focusing on retention and value delivery, while continuously improving performance metrics.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop high-impact relationships with sponsors to build business partnerships and support company growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • A degree in accountancy or business is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to project management, events, business development, sponsorship, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost allocations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and event management platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized to ensure accuracy and quality of programme development.
