Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy, building robust HR infrastructure and scalable processes.
  • Oversee the deployment of a cutting-edge HRIS platform, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, performance management programs, employee engagement strategies, rewards, and operational excellence projects.
  • Align our HR strategy with our commercial objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Prior experience in leading HR functions in dynamic organizations with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with ability to operate and influence across diverse cultures.
  • Experience establishing and scaling offices in Singapore and other international markets.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive execution at speed and influence senior stakeholders.
