Global Strategic HR Leader

This is a senior leadership role requiring the design and development of a global Human Resources (HR) function from the ground up.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will lead the development and execution of the company's people strategy across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

The role focuses on building foundational HR infrastructure, designing scalable and fit-for-purpose people processes, and enabling business growth through culture, capability, and organisational development.

A key part of the mandate includes the implementation of a global HRIS platform, ensuring integration of efficient systems and data-led decision-making across the organisation.

You will oversee the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global people strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Design and build foundational HR infrastructure and scalable people processes.
  • Implement a global HRIS platform to enable data-led decision-making.
