Job Overview:

The successful candidate will contribute to the programme needs of Caregiver Support Services under Community-Based Support Services (CSS).

He/she will be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of individuals with intellectual and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to support the development of programmes based on client/caregivers' needs.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the implementation of programmes.
  • Deliver programmes that have a positive impact on our clients/caregivers, including programme evaluation.
  • Take stock of programme resources (hardware and software) and provide updates to supervisors.
  • Source, guide, and coordinate partners/volunteers/vendors in executing assigned events and/or activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external agencies for the execution of assigned events and/or activities.
  • Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Support outreach efforts to targeted client/caregiver groups, other organisations, and the community.
