Job Title: Brand Engagement Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Engagement Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to strengthen our brand presence across digital and public platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Curate and manage visual and written content across online and public platforms to engage diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate features and public narratives that reflect our mission and milestones.
  • Assist in branding initiatives, rebranding efforts, and campaign rollouts.
  • Evaluate engagement metrics and analytics to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field. You should also have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or communications, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic thinking with ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement platforms and trends.
  • Experience working with media professionals and securing media coverage.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
