We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade data protection solutions for global financial projects in Singapore.
- Lead architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP), DLP, and AIP across Microsoft 365, Windows File Servers, and NAS.
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into robust technical policies and labeling frameworks.
- Configure sensitivity labels, auto-labeling, rights management, and retention policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current data workflows and design future-state architectures.
- Drive testing, UAT, documentation, training, and post-deployment support.
- 4+ years in data security/governance with expertise in Microsoft Purview/MIP.
- Proven experience deploying DLP, AIP, sensitivity labeling, and compliance solutions in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks: GDPR, PDPA, MAS, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Hands-on skills with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365, and Azure Security services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in consulting and delivering project-facing projects.
- Mandatory:
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400)
- Preferred:
- SC-100, CISSP, CISM
