**Job Title:** Interior Fit-Out Operations Manager

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Documentation: Create and update project records, prepare regular progress reports, and maintain accurate records.

  • Resource Management: Handle materials and workforce needs, track resource use, and ensure efficient allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report risks or problems, suggest solutions, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, ensure quality meets standards, and implement corrective actions.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor budgets and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, share updates, and provide support.
