Main Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of guest service are maintained.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
