About the role

Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist is an integral part of the Spa and Wellness team. The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional face and body treatments to enhance guests' experience and well-being.

What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand guests' needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized wellness experience.
  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, using expert techniques to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of spa products and provide tailored recommendations based on guests' skin types and concerns.
  • Maintain a pristine and hygienic spa environment to uphold the highest standards of guest well-being.
  • Educate guests on wellness, skincare, and relaxation techniques to enhance their overall self-care routine.
  • Customize treatments to suit each guest's individual requirements, ensuring a bespoke spa experience.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques to address specific concerns, such as muscle tension or skin conditions.
  • Respond professionally to any guest concerns or issues during and after treatments, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging techniques, and new products to continuously elevate service quality.

What you bring

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group)
  • Possess a valid International qualification with CIBTAC or ITEC in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology and hold a valid massage license
  • Curiosity and interest in the luxury market; Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences
  • High level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standards of hygiene is mandatory

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and public holidays.
