Job Title: Tender Cost Estimator

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost plans, pricing strategies, and tender submission documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, bill of quantities (BOQ), and contract conditions.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and models.
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates and detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Sources and analyzes quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Develop cost plans and pricing strategies based on project requirements and market conditions.
  • Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering options.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 0–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, or pre-contract quantity surveying.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
