Description

This role involves assisting in the preparation and submission of tender quotations, ensuring timely delivery for every tender. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, updating amendments, and sourcing quotations for rates and technical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting tender quotations, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Quantity Take-Off: Perform manual measurements and update amendment changes for tenders.
  • Quotation Sourcing: Source quotations for rates and technical data, as project requirements vary.
  • Tender Interview and Negotiation: Arrange and conduct tender interviews, negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare sub-contract agreements or letters of award.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress claims and payments from subcontractors.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. A background in construction or a related field is desirable.
