- This position requires coordinating learner registrations, invoices, and monitoring claims for funded programs.
- Key responsibilities include validating learner registrations and invoices, as well as processing and recording claims.
- The successful candidate will support administrative tasks and coordinate career advisory processes with coaches, potential employers, platforms, and partners.
- Supporting logistics and resource management during training delivery is another critical aspect of this role.
- Effective communication and liaison with customers, faculty, vendors, internal stakeholders, and partners to resolve operational and service matters is essential.
- Mandatory training and on-the-job training will be provided as necessary.
- Participating in departmental and team meetings is an important aspect of this role.
Requirements:
- A minimum diploma holder with knowledge of running funded programs and project management skills is required.
- Strong analytical and creative skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective performance.
- Personal mastery and organizational skills are vital for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
